Review
What do you like best? Redbooth is great for having a workflow for tasks to complete. I like how you can have many different work spaces. What do you dislike? I wish you could automatically send emails to the taks associated under the project. Right now I am manually just doing it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Like mentioned before, delegating and having a clear workflow of tasks

Offers a lot of features, but missing some keys
What do you like best? Redbooth offers good options for large teams to be able to coordinate. I personally think that the individual task management is very straightforward, with the ability to assign, remind and tag individuals being very flexible. I prefer having it this way than digging through emails. We have a professional project manager on staff who manages our system very well and keeps it neat. What do you dislike? My two major gripes are how poorly RB handles Word documents, ...

Redbooth can integrate with many different cloud storage services and other software to make processing data and files more seamless. The way Redbooth looks quite nice and doesn't have an intimidating or boring business feel to it like I've seen in other similar software. What do you dislike? Though ...

A time saver whenever it involves working on projects.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? A powerhouse. At the same time, it's simple to utilize. As a result, internet-based meetings, online conversations, and screen sharing in tasks are included. It's rare that we were in need of collaboration tools but this tool saved us a lot of time. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I love having the ability to delegate tasks to the same owners who do multiple tasks. There's actually a simple solution to this. ...

Good for Project Management not Ticketing
What do you like best? I like the amount of features that can be used for project management. What do you dislike? We tried to use it as a IT Help Desk ticketing system and it isn't a smooth transition Recommendations to others considering the product This is a great project management tool. We tried doing too much for something that wasn't designed for and was successful, but could tell that wasn't the main use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...
