Easy to use and has been a game changer for our business!

it works - it keeps getting better - what more do you want?
What do you like best? the whole model takes away hours of proposal writing time What do you dislike? file management can be a bit wonky at times- but nothing that prevents you from publishing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? everybody “wants” a proposal but nobody wants to read or write them. give them a recapp and save time on both sides.

Fantastic platform, fantastic support!
What do you like best? I love the ease in adding tasks, being able to hide completed and internal notes or tasks, I love the ability to add files directly to the task, customers tend to think it is an easy platform to manage. What do you dislike? Allow owner or other Second Nature (internal) people who the Recapped has been shared with to mark tasks complete using the checkbox regardless of who it is assigned to. Collaboration has never been easier to keep track of
What do you like best? I like how concise the UE is. It's laid out logically and it is very simple to follow along. When I invite prospects or clients on to Recapped.io I don't have to spend time walking them through how to use it. What do you dislike? It would be nice to have quick glances of what happened in Recapped through email, instead of having to log in to Recapped to see what action has taken place. Keeps me on track
What do you like best? Setting reminders to collaborators/recipients for task completion. What do you dislike? As a collaborator, I would like to have the option to complete tasks that aren't assigned to you. I'm often not the owner of the recapped and I'm unable to complete tasks for recipients without removing their name from the assigned task first. What problems are you solving with the product? Fantastic tool for making mutual plans scalable & interactive.
What do you like best? Recapped is a fantastic tool for making mutual plans scalable (build one and re-using the same core elements for future clientele in the same vertical/industry) & interactive, in that your clients can see it on a web page too and complete tasks, etc. So much better than creating these manually in word each time and emailing them over. Easiest software for Enterprise Mutual Action and Account Plans
What do you like best? What I like best is how you can decide line by line what to share externally or internally. This way you can have one document to manage your Enterprise clients mutual action and account plans.
