It displays the information we are looking to obtain as well as portray through the discovery call. With pre-set text boxes, you can fully configure templates and graphs and information which you can use very quickly to assemble an organized sales call. During my first Welcome call, I have the Recapped all prepared with our onboarding schedule, action items between the calls, and a place for me to hyperlink any help documents or screen recordings.
