Excellent CX platform with an awesome support team!

What do you like best? The platform is very easy to use. Navigating through the modules and conversations is a breeze. In the event you don't find your what you're looking for, the Re:Amaze team is highly responsive and will be there to assist at a moment's notice. What do you dislike? The only aspect that requires a little more work are the intents from the AI-based tools. Every now and then the intent doesn't quite match up but a few tweaks and it's all set. What problems are ...
