What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? I like that we can use real page for resident payments, but also in-house training. What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? I think that at first real page was not as user friendly, but it has gotten much better. What problems is RealPage OneSite solving and how is that benefiting you? Everyone in the company can stay connected with what each other is doing.

What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? I like all the reports you can pull from the system and review. What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? There is a lot to it. I’ve been using it for 8 months and am still finding out new things. What problems is RealPage OneSite solving and how is that benefiting you? It has helped make the move-in process organized.

What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? The ease of use-- This platform is pretty easy to use and easy for a new employee to learn. It is a lot of click and point when it comes to using it, so as long as someone can read they should be fine. What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? We had some issues when it came to random numbers being added on to work orders or work orders not being completely submitted and it took one site a long time to work out these kinks. What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? Realpage Onesite can be confusing at first because there are so many things that can be utilized. There are a multitude of reports, tabs, widgets, etc. But at the very core, OneSite does exactly what you tell it to. "Takes some getting used to"

What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? I like how it's a one stop shop. Everything you need to do to cater to a resident is all in one place. What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? It takes some clicking around to find what you're looking for which is time consuming. What problems is RealPage OneSite solving and how is that benefiting you? Excessive use of applications is diminished by using this multipurpose tool.
