About RealPage
PROS: RealPage has allowed us to go paperless since it lets us store any kind of document. CONS: RealPage has response problems some times that interrupt our workflow.

"Big Potential"
What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? OneSite has been the PMS that dominated the industry for the last 20+ years. It's intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? The system has relatively been the same for the last 20 years and we have been anxiously waiting for the New Experience for the last 5 years. What problems is RealPage OneSite solving and how is that benefiting you? OneSite does allow users to streamline their processes.

Wonderful software for renting out space
PROS: It is better for us to use RealPage than Microsoft Word. CONS: It freezes at times but its benefits still outweigh its disadvantages.

My experience using RealPage
PROS: I noticed that RealPage support is quick. Within 24 hours of posting my ticket, it is already resolved. Because of this fast response, we can conduct our business without problems. CONS: It is bothersome to open a ticket every time we have queries.

"Everything at your fingertips"
What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? I best like the ease of navigation easy. What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? I have not found anything I dislike right now What problems is RealPage OneSite solving and how is that benefiting you? Reports are more timely, and organized.

What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? I like that each category is self explanatory and you could easily teach yourself how to use it. What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? It has some technical errors sometimes but I like using one site What problems is RealPage OneSite solving and how is that benefiting you? It has made it very easy for screening and showing specific information that is helpful for rental verifications and showing all background information.

"Making property management easier "
What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? I like that we can use real page for resident payments, but also in-house training. What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? I think that at first real page was not as user friendly, but it has gotten much better. What problems is RealPage OneSite solving and how is that benefiting you? Everyone in the company can stay connected with what each other is doing.
