"It is my preferred PM software"

What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? My favorite aspect is the ease of reporting. What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? I have not found anything I dislike yet. Recommendations to others considering RealPage OneSite: If you can choose your pm software, One site is the best choice. What problems is RealPage OneSite solving and how is that benefiting you? Reporting is much easier.

The most user-friendly property management solution

PROS: It is an easy-to-use and intuitive application that we do not spend so much time training new users. But the best thing about it is how it lets us screen applicants on the same platform. CONS: I have no problems with RealPage.

All about RealPage

PROS: RealPage has an accounting module that is easy to use even for users who are not well-versed in accounting. CONS: RealPage needs to update its billing feature because it treats every cost inputted as a cost for the property only. RealPage's support is also not excellent because they are slow to respond to issues.

Using RealPage as a property supervisor

PROS: RealPage is a very user-friendly application that lets us complete our tasks without issue. CONS: I do not like the interface. The system is slow to respond at times. I also find it problematic that we cannot add payments to our home tab and how we cannot use it fully on Chrome.

PROS: RealPage has allowed us to go paperless since it lets us store any kind of document. CONS: RealPage has response problems some times that interrupt our workflow.
