What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? Honestly, I liked absolutely nothing about RealPage OneSite. What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? The formatting and structure was a mess. "Non intuitive glitchy software"

What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? Fully integrated resident online payment, from online payment to the resident ledger. What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? Where to start. The core OneSite program GUI is completely outdated and not very user friendly. Real Page has been slow and unsuccessful to roll out a new GUI error-free, called "New Experience." What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? RealPage Onesite is a useful way to manage properties, record resident activities, and get reports. It has all the property management needs for the on-site staff to manage their property. What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? With RealPage OneSite each property is a separate page. "Very easy to use"

What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? As a property manager it's very user friendly! What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? Since our most recent update we still have not been able to figure out why some residents are not able to use the eMoney order option. What problems is RealPage OneSite solving and how is that benefiting you? It's very user friendly and converts well with Blue Moon and Knock

Very poor service

PROS: Not sure I see any benefit if the persons running the program don't understand what agents are submitting as proof of insurance. CONS: Staff is not trained to read certificates of insurance. Constantly rejecting Certificates even though we've supplied ALL requirements. Hard to get anyone on the phone, when you do, they don't know what they are looking at nor offer ways to resolve the issues.

"LOVE THIS"

What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? Easy of access and the number of things you can do all in one site and Real Page! It simplifies everything for us and our community, stats, reports, Lease-ups, ETC. What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? Sometimes it lags or takes a long time to open certain things. "It is my preferred PM software"

What do you like best about RealPage OneSite? My favorite aspect is the ease of reporting. What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? I have not found anything I dislike yet. Recommendations to others considering RealPage OneSite: If you can choose your pm software, One site is the best choice. What problems is RealPage OneSite solving and how is that benefiting you? Reporting is much easier.
