Invaluable for easy date recording
PROS: The Really Simple Systems CRM is SO easy to use, really user-friendly and effiecent. For a small Company to use this to record cutomer details its such a great tool. CONS: None

As simple as its name suggests
PROS: I have just started my business and was looking for a suitable entry level CRM system with robust features. I checked out all the popular CRM apps but they did not seem suitable for my needs. Then I came across Really Simple Systems and the free version impressed me. The paid features are robust which makes the app scalable and the pricing too is reasonable.

Fits my needs perfectly
PROS: RSS fits my needs perfectly. You can customize it to your requirements and it saves the cost of investing in an expensive big system. The pricing structure ensures you buy only what you need and the free trial gives you the chance to check beforehand if the app has the features you need.

Excellent and easy to use CRM
PROS: It's simple easy to use layout with flexibility in the choice of what you can display to view your actions and sales funnel CONS: It doesn't allow you to book the length of a meeting, only the start time but not the finish

The app has an excellent interface
PROS: I researched many web-based CRM software and selected Really Simple Systems because of its interface, screen layouts, and presented data. The app is not cluttered and helps me track my sales opportunities. The software meets my simple needs which are to keep track of my prospects, get reminders for follow-ups with clients, and keep track of my opportunities.
