PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Multiple dialing lines, unlimited users, a lot of advanced capabilities. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Great CRM dialer platform!

Great CRM dialer platform that can be customized to how you do business. Tech support is great, and they offer a portal to all their customers that allows you to make "Feature Requests" to the dialer for developers to review, and if viable for the system, will get developed. They listen to their customers, which is a big reason why I love this dialer. They are very affordable and easy to work with in all aspects of the company. All in all, a great platform, supported by a ton of great people!
