Readymode is Ready to Dial
I love that I can create seperate scripts for different campaigns yet the dialer wil call multiple campaigns and offer the script that the data originates from. I am able to post leads to my CRM with the click of a button while statusing the lead at the same time. I can control the call results offered and manage the results as needed. Readymode is the best dialer I have used yet.

What do you like best about Readymode? The performance of the system was phenomenal and the reporting makes it very easy to monitor how well the system is working. Their support team is also as good as it gets. What do you dislike about Readymode? There's no way to field inbound text messages What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you? Reaching out to as many people as possible in a cost-effective manner

"Great Dialer for a team under 100 agents"
What do you like best about Readymode? The contact rates are better than other dialers we've tried including, five9, Hubspot, Bright pattern, Vichi, & Call tools, What do you dislike about Readymode? The front-end UI is very old looking, but the system's functionality outweighs the looks. If you plan to scale a call center with more than 65 agents, you must upgrade the box to keep agents efficient or get a separate dialer box, including a new URL to login. "My Experience with Readymode"
What do you like best about Readymode? ReadyMode worked seamlessly with 3rd party apps such as Authorize.net. This was huge for me and really worked for my business model, allowing my team to easily process customers' payments all in the same window. What do you dislike about Readymode?
