I have used them all and nothing beats xencall
I have used FiveNine and Ytel also but Xencall is the best. Where should I start. Loading leads is easy, tracking the statistics of your agents is easy, making new agents is easy its all user fiendly.There customer service is 2nd to none. The system never crashs but if you need customer service they always answer quickly, most times immieditly and actually have knowledge to help you not just ask you what your problem is to relay over to there 1 or 2 tech guys who then call you back 3 hours ...

We evaluated multiple platforms before choosing this vendor for our contact center software. It's ease of use and solid productivity tools won us over. We have agents both locally and overseas, reporting tools allow us to quickly see which agents are producing and which ones need coaching.

XenCall is awesome all the way around!!!
I have been with XenCall for an extended time & have tried other auto-dialers as well. They are by far the best, extremely efficient, user friendly & have referred many others who feel the same. The people that work there are great as well, always willing to help & very friendly.

Great company to partner with
Great company to partner with. CRM is very user friendly, intuitive, and always improving due to constant development and research. They have a system in place to allow current clients to make "Feature Requests", that are reviewed and developed by their team, then tested and implemented. This gives great control over your system, and offers completed customization towards your companies strengths.

Worth the learning curve
Big learning curve, not user friendly at first, but the features and interface are unmatched-best dialer that we have used. Only issue I have is the learning curve-it's difficult to teach new agents how to use the system.

Much better than manual dialing
Much better than manual dialing. My assigned specialist, Matthew Seagle, has been very quick to respond to questions/issues. Functionality is good. The user interface could look better and be easier to navigate, especially for the manager account. They supply several videos with instructions for various things, but I think it would be better to just make it easier, more intuitive, in the first place. My agents like it. Much easier for me to manage callbacks, etc, when an agent is terminated ...
