Extremely Difficult to Use and Poor Customer Service
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Multiple dialing lines, unlimited users, a lot of advanced capabilities. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The user interface is very difficult to use even after I watched the self service videos and read through the guides multiple times. Poor Service and Communication
The worst experience I have ever had with a dialer. I was passed around to so many people. They didn't understand our business though promising us the world. They kept using multi-line dialer ever tho I explained in detail we were business to business. They also messed up our data and offered no refund. A technical issue took between a week and a month to address. My company often had to find a problem for them. Would not reccommend it.

Worth the learning curve
Big learning curve, not user friendly at first, but the features and interface are unmatched-best dialer that we have used. Only issue I have is the learning curve-it's difficult to teach new agents how to use the system.
