What do you like best about Reachdesk? The platform is very user-friendly to start using. In addition, they have really impressed with with their customer service and attention to detail when we were setting up our first campaigns. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk platform is absolutely user friendly (only takes a few minutes to actually understand how it works) and makes your job so much easier, as automates all the steps that would usually take a long time (such as collecting all the contacts and addresses and inserting them automatically). What do you like best about Reachdesk? With Reachdesk there is no packing or shipping, just clicking. The amount of time I have saved is ridiculous. I am now able to send 20 packages out in a fraction of the time it took me to send just one previously. Handwritten notes accompany the highly personalized gifts to add that important human touch. What do you like best about Reachdesk? The user interface is very clear and intuitive, but it helps easily onboard your team as everything is very intuitive. The customer service is fantastic, especially for being based out of the UK and working with US companies. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? What do you like best about Reachdesk? Differentiation of message. Personalised direct mail is underutilised and helps us to stand out from the crowd, both when prospecting and nurturing open opportunities, all at scale. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? They could have a larger variety of gifting options, but this is something they are actively working on. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us get more leads and has contributed to us close more deals.

What do you like best about Reachdesk? How sending a physical gift to multiple prospects can be as easy as sending them an email. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Sometimes ordering gifts seems a bit clunky. (I've only done this once). The one gift in the warehouse has been stuck in processing for a little while now.
