"Great product + support"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? To start with, the platform UI is very intuitive and easy to use. From an administrative perspective, it's really easy to go in and set up different users, assign users to teams, create campaigns, and set up the backend. Also, customer support is exceptional! "Direct Mail is back with a bang! Great product and has worked wonders already."

What do you like best about Reachdesk? You get the attention of the decision-makers in a crowded market. With email and calling becoming an often annoyance in my market, ReachDesk has allowed me to be able to get hold of people I previously couldn't get hold of. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? "Just starting to use"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Our customer success manager Jenny is the best. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Not being able to store alcohol at the warehouse. Recommendations to others considering Reachdesk: They are relatively new platform but adding new features very quickly. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to use the marketplace and send stuff off immediately.

"Taking the pain (and cost) out of Direct Mail"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? An easy to use UI, that allows not only marketers, but also sales people to set up and send their own direct mail to their prospects. My experience with Direct Mail is that it works very well, but it is highly time + cost intensive, with marketing teams normally taking the brunt of the workload. Reachdesk alleviates time and cost by giving marketing the platform to create campaign templates for sales to simply choose from, update some personal ...

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Super easy to connect to Salesforce CRM, the UI is easy to use and very intuitive. I love how we can personalise gifts and they literally send it at a click of a button. Ultimately we can send timely gifts and incentives as part of our sales cycle. "Great concept and useful but still lack some features"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? The support from the team is great and normally very responsive to solve issues. I like that new marketplace items are added regularly and that the team is constantly looking for feedback to improve. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? "Great way to drive engagement"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? How easy it is to send physical gifts to prospects and clients. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? So far the program has been a breeze, no complaints. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? It used to be very challenging to consistently connect with prospects outside of the digital realm. Reachdesk has opened many opportunities to stay connected with physical mail and gifts.
