What do you like best about Reachdesk? I love being able to use ReachDesk to follow up with clients that have gone cold or as a way of reminding someone of an upcoming meeting. "Easy way to build rapport"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? Fairly straightforward tool to incorporate into talk track and work flow What do you dislike about Reachdesk? The balance reset system at the end of every quarter seems arbitrary. Took a long time for my team to actually log in as well. The Reachdesk support team seemed hard to get a hold of. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Really enjoy the integrations, the user interface and how accomodating they are with storage. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? What do you like best about Reachdesk? I think it is very easy to use. I also like connection to CRM. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? I would like greater insights into what a "click" means and what an "open" means. And also would like email alerts if a customer clicks and activates a gift card. "Reachdesk for Prospecting"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? Its a great touchpoint to add to phones/emails/linkedin and you can get creative - also good as a last hail mary. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? It's not the slickest extension having to change between currencies and campaigns. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
