"Easy to use!"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Easy to find and send gifts to my prospective clients. It has a good UI as well. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Since Covid, International gifting has been more difficult overall, don't know if it's a ReachDesk limitation or just the way the world is right now! What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to accelerate my sales cycles and really make a difference with my champions by using Reachdesk.

"Need more detailed information"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Very useful and can send out the gift, with draft out an email template. I also like it shows the stage of the process - like I am able to know the recipient opened or claimed the credits. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Lack of currency option, also I think it would be good can copy and paste the link separately, like I can copy the link into my own email or LinkedIn message to the recipients. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Straight forward process to send a gift to a potential client. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Wish there was processing & delivery timeframes for each available gift. Recommendations to others considering Reachdesk: Need processing & delivery timeframes listed for the gifts. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Reachdesk helps make a connection with a client & lets us personalize it for them.

"Great Platform"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? The platform is extremely easy to use and has a lot of different options for gifts to send. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? I haven't seen a whole lot of success using the product and some of the prospects have had trouble accepting the gift cards. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Trying to get more engagement from prospects. Benefits, I haven't had a lot yet.

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Flows well with Salesforce, II like that you can see who views the gift cards you send What do you dislike about Reachdesk? I wish there was a way to integrate it into Outreach so that it would automatically place recipients into a sequence after they open the gift card What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? "Really easy way to re-engage prospects with coffee/lunch gifts"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? It's speedy to send a gift certificate for lunch/coffee as a way of re-engaging prospects without a check-in email. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Sending Reachdesk is simple to use, but I'm sending gift items that don't require personalization for that person. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm getting re-engagement on old deals and more rapport with deals in cycle.

Nothing at the moment, we haven't ran into any errors. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Automating gifting processes to clients and prospects. It's nice not having to do this manually.
