What do you like best about Reachdesk? Easy tool to use, a lot of options and integrated to our CRM tool What do you dislike about Reachdesk? The tool is still evolving, and getting better month by month. So all the frustrations are being shared with our CSM and most of them are being tackled in the next updates. What do you like best about Reachdesk? It's super easy to use and full of amazing features. "Huge time saver to send out gifts in bulk + great customer support!"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? My customer support manager, Jenny Lithgow, is extremely helpful and makes herself readily available to provide support when sending out campaigns. As I'm in Australia, and she's in the UK the time difference isn't always the most favourable, but this no issue at all for her! Previously when sending out campaigns (mainly e-vouchers) using other suppliers the process has been a lot more manual and takes up a lot of my time as it requires a lot of back ...
