What do you like best about Reachdesk? Easy UX and easy to set up gifts to send to clients or prospects. Also, the integrations with Salesforce and Outlook are critical for reporting purposes. What do you like best about Reachdesk? I really love the landing page aspect, its a nice feature to have to allow people to put in their information without us having to hound them for it. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? The marketplace feature can be better. At first, it was confusing, and the filters didn't really work. Now that's been handled but it's a limited view. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk has some good items we can send to customers and prospects like cupcakes, brownies , bottles of wine, with an ok level of personalisation. We can also add our own merchandising items to their inventory. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk's user interface is incredibly simple. It has been very fast in helping to onboard new members that are using the tool for a variety of use cases.
