What do you like best about Reachdesk? Although Braze hasn't fully rolled out our programs with Reachdesk yet, our point of contact (Jenny Lithgow) has been extremely helpful and engaged in getting us set up and running. Jenny is engaged with our account and proactively looks to support us with campaign ideation and delivery. "Just starting to use"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Our customer success manager Jenny is the best. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Not being able to store alcohol at the warehouse. Recommendations to others considering Reachdesk: They are relatively new platform but adding new features very quickly. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to use the marketplace and send stuff off immediately.

"Easy to use and effective"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? It is easy to use and efficient - especially with the Salesforce/Outreach integration. It takes the admin out of DM camapigns with all of the results. The team are also really responsive and helpful and have offered us lots of tips and training. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk is a fantastic tool for those in any sort of sales role. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Our Direct Marketing Platform integrates seamlessly with your CRM, Marketing and Sales Engagement Platforms allowing sales and marketing professionals to send and measure direct mail marketing campaigns at scale. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Some times while testing observed the integration between different channels is quite cumbersome What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk makes it easy to send potential customers and current customers gifts. I have a budget each month to work from and with a couple of clicks, the gift is in their inbox. What do you dislike about Reachdesk?
