What do you like best about Reachdesk? Super easy to send gift cards, personal items and many other things to customers What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Sending physical gifts has proven to take more time than I’d hope for. But that’s only certain items. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving white glove treatment to our customers

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Large variety of products, really easy to use. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Not enough warehouses in every state, takes some time to reach target destination. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Used it to send some wine, well received by partners.

What do you like best about Reachdesk? That we're able to send client or prospect gifting campaigns of the comfort of our home-offices and it automatically syncs with our CRM system. What do you like best about Reachdesk? I like the fact it is offering me / doing something different to the competition What do you dislike about Reachdesk? "Reachdesk Direct Mail platform."

What do you like best about Reachdesk? It's easy to use and integrates seamlessly into SFDC. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? The personalization is not quite there for items we can send. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed a platform that was easy to use and could track well in SFDC for 1:1 direct mailers for our Sales team to use.
