What do you like best about Reachdesk? Ease of use. Gift options. Stellar support. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Analytics could be stronger. For a specific campaign, would like to see sends, opens, claimed metrics in one clean dash. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? NA

"Excellent customer support - nothing was too much"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Jenny Lithgow made a significant impression on my reps as being knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? There was nothing I actively disliked about the technology or the sales process. All positive What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? We were able to secure a key meeting with a big account which would not have happened but for the implementation of this technology

I wish there were a bit more options of things to send or more creative things to send/gifts from Amazon. "The best option for personalised direct mail - warehousing option is a game changer"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? The marketplace has a vast array of different gifting options, most of which can be personalised directly, plus you have the option of including a handwritten note. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk helps in being a creative tool for SDR's and BDR's to send outreach to possible sales prospects, its very easy to use and to set up. The way credits are distributed and used through the platform is also very easy and simple. "Makes it easy to warm up cold contacts"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? I like that Reachdesk is adaptable - you can use it for cold outreach to get a prospect's attention, or send pre-existing customers gift cards or goodies on birthdays/anniversaries/etc. It's great having the Chrome extension right there ready whenever you need it. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk is intuitive and easy to use. We have connected our license with HubSpot and so it provides a joined-up workflow that helps with our ABM programmes. More than that, the support from their team has been outstanding! "Reachdesk has been the greatest thing to happen to our marketing department."

What do you like best about Reachdesk? We love that we don't have to do the handwritten notes ourselves or pack the boxes or do the dreadful xl spreadsheets of where to send what. It is all done for us and it WORKS. It truly just saves us a large amount of time that goes towards bettering some of our other marketing programs.
