"Great platform and so easy to use"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk is the number one tool out there for global account-based marketing campaigns. It has allowed the marketing and BDR teams to be a lot more targeted due to regional marketplaces and increase their efficiency of running ABM programs. The tool is intuitive, easy to use and the reporting is great in terms of when gifts have been received or redeemed. What do you like best about Reachdesk? ease of use and trackability - you can see when prospects received you gifts What do you dislike about Reachdesk? small thing would be as an end-user having to top up multiple currencies as have a global REMIT What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? engaging prospects and re-engaging prospects that went cold

There were other DM vendors we looked at, but when it came down to choosing the right partner, it was their customer service that really edged out the competition.
