"Helpful Gifting Platform"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Seeing interesting gift options I wouldn't have thought of before. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? There aren't as many gift options in categories I often use, such as flowers or edible fruits, that were as cost-effective as before. Also, it takes significantly longer to get gifts out from this platform versus ordering from vendors directly. What do you like best about Reachdesk? The UX Interface, the people, the integrations with HubSpot & demand base. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? There wasn't much to dislike but the number of suppliers across regions could be improved. Recommendations to others considering Reachdesk: Book a demo and get to know the CSM team to support your onboarding. "It better be worth it ;)"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? The address confirmation feature to help get past work from home, otherwise it would have been hard to get into the business. Their customer success was lovely, and the platforms looks brilliant and works well while not being overbearing on UX. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? The prices, I appreciate there's logistics but a £8 bottle of wine struggles to deserve €55, albeit with nuts and a jam, I'd expect a helicopter to drop off for that. But ...

What do you like best about Reachdesk? the simplicity of selecting from our gift campaigns and everything being pre-populated What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Wish they had more options in other countries. We can't provide certain gifts or Amazon gift cards to some countries where we work with prospects. "Great with the new WFH setup!"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? It has been challenging to send swag and gifts to clients, and Reachdesk has really solved that for us. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? I think it's great. The platform is not entirely intuitive and could be more user-friendly. But, it gets the job done. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? We're able to do gifting for clients and prospects super easily.

"ReachDesk makes your life a little easier"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? I like how it integrates with the other tools we are using. Before, when I would send a gift card or physical mail to a prospect, I'd have to go buy the gift card itself and expense the purchase. ReachDesk makes my life easier, now I don't have to bounce between multiple systems and deal with submitting an expense report. What do you dislike about Reachdesk?
