"Quick and easy!"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk is very easy to use and so quick when connected to the CRM. From a user point of view onboarding was easy and support when needed has been quick at resolving the only problem I've had. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Only been using a short while but nothing to dislike right now. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Rewarding business partners.

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk is easy to navigate around and integrates seamlessly with our existing software. This means we can track our attribution and leads effectively. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? There is currently no integration between campaigns and Marketo, just triggered campaigns. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Clean UI and process that enables our team to efficiently target prospects What do you dislike about Reachdesk? What do you like best about Reachdesk? It is very easy to use and I like the follow up email. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? "Close the gap between virtual and physical"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? It's easy to setup and use. The integration with contacts as well as the analytics makes it easy to understand how am I doing with campaigns or engagement. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Currently it's limited to Salesforce integration. Would be helpful to have Hubspot or other CRMs. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Drive engagement with partners beyond digital content to close to gap in relationship building.

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Super easy to send gift cards, personal items and many other things to customers What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Sending physical gifts has proven to take more time than I’d hope for. But that’s only certain items. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving white glove treatment to our customers

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Large variety of products, really easy to use. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Not enough warehouses in every state, takes some time to reach target destination. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Used it to send some wine, well received by partners.
