What do you like best about Reachdesk? This is my second company using Reachdesk for my direct mail campaigns. From the word go the Reachdesk team have been amazing across all touchpoints. Jenny, my account manager not only comes up with amazing campaign ideas but provides a white glove service and I always know I can depend on her. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Simple to use and great customer support. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Limited variety in gifts you can send - I would like more variety. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? We have managed to engage with customers via Reachdesk.

"Reachdesk helped me break through the noise!"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk is very easy to use (especially the chrome extension) and the organisation within the platform itself allows me to organise gifting to select prospects. There is a huge range of gifts that you can send to your prospects, including physical gifts that can be personalised through Reachdesk itself. "Simple, Effective & Efficient"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? Very intuitive. No need to be onboarded at all. Chrome plug-in is a blessing. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Can't mention a downside right now. Haven't encountered a limitation yet. Recommendations to others considering Reachdesk: Give it a shot! What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm saving a ton of time sending business contacts personalized gifts.

"Quick & Easy Implementation"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk is easy to navigate around and integrates seamlessly with our existing software. This means we can track our attribution and leads effectively. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? There is currently no integration between campaigns and Marketo, just triggered campaigns. "Close the gap between virtual and physical"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? It's easy to setup and use. The integration with contacts as well as the analytics makes it easy to understand how am I doing with campaigns or engagement. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Currently it's limited to Salesforce integration. Would be helpful to have Hubspot or other CRMs. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Drive engagement with partners beyond digital content to close to gap in relationship building.
