What do you like best about Reachdesk? The ability to provide our leads with content beyond info on our company. It seems like a great way to reach out to a lead that we have not spoken to in a while and "warm them up". It is also nice how the software seamlessly integrates with the salesforce crm. What do you like best about Reachdesk? The ease of use of Reachdesk and the ability to connect directly to our Salesforce instance is terrific. The options for gifts and ability to personalize gifts is unmatched. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Not much downside. Only thing would be being able to send a gift directly to a home address. "A Lifesaver for SDRs/AEs who work hard to set meetings and want those meetings to show!"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? I love how it's a little "something", that doesn't cost the company loads of money, but is still powerful enough to increase show rates. If you had a meeting in 1 hr and they sent you $5 to Starbucks, wouldn't you be less likely to cancel? They just sent you a gift! Canceling wouldn't sit right with most ppl. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Super easy to send gifts to customers during onboarding, renewal, and anywhere else you could imagine What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Nothing so far.
