What do you like best about Reachdesk? Our CSM and the support team are really helpful - outstanding in fact. The interface is intuitive and the connectivity to Outreach, Salesforce and Hubspot works well for us. The marketplace is also good for certain markets. I like the many options for gift card brands to let a recipient choose from, as well as the ability to see who has opened your message and actually claimed the reward. Many of my recipients haven't claimed their rewards in the timeframe allotted due to forgetting about the email, a reminder that their reward is expiring would be very helpful.
