What do you like best about Reachdesk? It is easy to send items from the marketplace and digital gift cards. It's nice to have branded swag, nice higher end items, and digital giftcards all within one platform What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Needing to make different campaigns for different currencies is a hassle. What do you like best about Reachdesk? The personalisation means you often get a response good or bad. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Sometimes it feels slightly like a bribe and not a value add message but it gets attention. Recommendations to others considering Reachdesk: Use their team to help - the more the better What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? It gets the attention of prospects and increases reply rates

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Its a fun way for more junior sales people or BDRs to engage people, which unfortunately I am not. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Not for someone at my level to be sending out vouchers and I definitely do not think it works for C-level. also people are seeing it as a 'sales' trick and bribe, so there is a think line. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk may not be the highest-profile player in the direct mail / gifting category, but it's a solid solution nonetheless.
