What do you like best about Reachdesk? I like that this integrates with my CRM, is easy to track, and has options for gift card. Easy to load balances as well What do you dislike about Reachdesk? I do not like that the gift card options are lumped together. For example, I was trying to send a coffee gift card to a company who is a direct competitor of Uber and it was a bit awkward that they had to choose that method to get lunch. "Good way to send gifts"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? The software is easy to use. Picking and sending gifts works flawlessly. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? There were some hiccups in the UK's logistic centers due to Brexit, which caused long deliveries. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Strengthening customer relationships. Clients tend to be happier after having received a gift from Reachdesk.

"Great platform, and the best support!"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? The ability to customize gifts even within the Marketplace is awesome! Salesforce/Outreach integration is really helpful, and the ability to send gifts to leads on Salesforce via the chrome extension is a great capability. Support is outstanding and I love working with my CSM (Nikki) - she's always super responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? "Frustration free corporate gifting"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? It's super easy to pick a gift and have it sent. The cost you see is exactly what you pay, no hidden shipping fees or extra charges. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? In my limited experience, it seems like the only option is to preload an account with funds. "Great sending platform"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? The ease of use is great, it's an intuitive way to do ABM and the Chrome Extension actually works without killing your browser. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? I've had a couple issues in terms of populating the correct shipping information What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping prospects engaged in a meaningful way through thoughtful mailings and gifts - it's an easy way to stay connected in COVID times.

"Easy to use tool, but with some gaps in UI and functionality"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? The integration with SFDC is great and it's pretty easy to set up. Was easy to get the team running. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? If there were easier ways to filter the gifts, or to get both a gift card link and send the email - those would be nice adds. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Reachdesk? Terrific customer success team – our CSM is very responsive and gets back with thorough answers to our questions within a day. Reachdesk's direct mail and gift card offerings serve our needs well. The Salesforce and Marketo integrations were effective and easy to set up, with a helpful documentation library.
