What do you like best about Reachdesk? Ease of use and options for gifting are great. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Some parts of some countries are not yet available - but I'm sure coming soon! What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending personalized gifts and messages to customers and prospects that are integrated with our CRM and sending gifts to employees. Streamline process and integration with CRM yields time savings for our teams.

"Easy Way to Decrease No-Shows"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? I like how easy it is to use and how it is a small effort that can have a big impact on your relationship with clients and prospects from the beginning of your relationship. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? It would be nice to have more control over how much you can send gift cards for and for what, rather than having marketing make separate campaigns that are limited in amount and use. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk allows me to connect with prospects in a way which is personalised, and makes the connection memorable. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk is super easy to use, team are really helpful and friendly. Our CS manager Mia has been so brilliant and always on hand for support. What do you like best about Reachdesk? The interface is clean and it integrates well with Salesforce and HubSpot. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? What do you like best about Reachdesk? The software is easy to use. Picking and sending gifts works flawlessly. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? There were some hiccups in the UK's logistic centers due to Brexit, which caused long deliveries. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Strengthening customer relationships. Clients tend to be happier after having received a gift from Reachdesk.
