What do you like best about Reachdesk? Super use-friendly platform. Makes the process of selecting gifts a breeze. I love the wide variety of gift options, I can always find something perfect from my own branded swag to an elevated executive gift like a branded bottle of champagne. "Best platform to reward the best customers!"
What do you like best about Reachdesk? I really appreciate that there is a wide selection of physical gifts and when you can't reach customers with those, there is always the option to send an e-gift card. Furthermore, there is also the possibility of letting the customer choose between multiple vouchers or replacing the physical gift with something else of their liking. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Compared to our old process, Reachdesk was quick and more streamlined, with a load of premade reward options. It was a breeze to use and received my reward instantly. Their customer support was very quick to answer my query when I had a question on a specific reward. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? What do you like best about Reachdesk? East of use, and chrome extension alongside customized gifting options. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? I wish that there was an option to personalize the gifts more with cards that speak to the indviduals interests. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping to solidify sales meeting, build rapport and credibility.

Costly, can only be used for selected prospects and clients What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Reachdesk? Great catelogue range, the most amazing customer support and sucess teams What do you dislike about Reachdesk? It can be tricky to find what you want to send, there are lots of options within the catalogue What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Small rewards for SDR and email campaigns, but mostly for partner days and incentives

What do you like best about Reachdesk? I like how versatile the platform is, it's useful fore pretty much every department in the company. For both internal and external gifting. We also use the warehouse facility which makes global sending much easier! I have regular catch ups with the teams and they always give helpful and insightful advice.
