What do you like best about Reachdesk? I like that as a marketing manager, I can easily configure campaigns that are easy for sales reps to use right from a lead record. A sales rep can send a tailored gift in minutes. The Reachdesk catalog has many unique gift options at all price points, but you can also work directly with a project manager to develop your own ideas and send packages from their warehouses. What do you like best about Reachdesk? it's super easy to create campaigns and click the shipping portion and tracking What do you dislike about Reachdesk? shipping costs A LOT for warehouse bundles What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? tracking ROI

"Great Tool Creates Doors Where There Aren't Any"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? it gives me a chance to better connect with a prospect, to have something to talk about. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? some items dont have tracking and its harder to know when to call or when the item was delivered. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? im not just a cold caller reaching someone, now im the person who sent the gift and they feel good and surprised.

I love that Reachdesk is integrated with our other platforms, it's easy to use, and there are tons of options for reps to get creative with sending gifts to prospects. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk has a great range of products, hampers, and gift cards to send to contacts. The campaigns are easy to build and send, meaning that everyone can use the tool effectively. I appreciate that Reachdesk has designed a tool to work with multiple use cases. "Love the boost in engagement & ease of gifting"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? We love how easy Reachdesk makes offering gift card vouchers to prospects and sending gifts to customers to show our appreciation. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? I wish their marketplace displayed more complete product descriptions and the vouchers showed minimum required amounts for every vendor. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Simplicity to send gifts to prospects and clients. Large variety of gifts. Yes What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Delivery time could be faster but it's not slow at all. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? This separates myself from other sales people.
