What do you like best about Reachdesk? The UX is amazing as it lets me take advantage of all the features What do you dislike about Reachdesk? The customer support could be a little better. It takes quite a while to get an answer What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting more return on my meetings when sending gifts

"Reachdesk took the pain out of direct mail"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Ease of use--I've used a handful of direct mail platforms and many lack real-time tracking, are overly complex, and in the end do not function in the ways I need a direct mail platform to meet my needs. At any point in time I and my BDRs can look at sends and redemptions and get a snap shot as to what is going on, and we can launch campaigns quicker than I have ever been able to with other platforms. "Great way to solidify meetings & Make prospects show up!"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Interface is amazing, super easy to integrate into my workflow in Outreach What do you dislike about Reachdesk? It may be admin privileges, but I would like to be able to pick and choose my own gifts based on the budget given to me every month. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? "Different style Direct Mail"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk has some good items we can send to customers and prospects like cupcakes, brownies , bottles of wine, with an ok level of personalisation. We can also add our own merchandising items to their inventory. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? It can get very expensive to send a large number of gifts as their marketplace items are quite overpriced. Not all items can be personalised and our support level used to be better. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? The platform is not so user-friendly. I have to do everything manually. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
