"Robust gifting platform with great service"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? The options in Reachdesk are great and satisfy all gifting occasions. CSMs and the support team are great. Always willing to jump on something if there is a problem and takes feedback well. Often will lead to new feature requests that quickly become part of the platform. "Great product- Simple to use"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? I like that I can quickly generate a gift for my prospects. I appreciate the product's simplicity and what value it brings to my network. I am not sure how it compares to its competitors, but I wouldn't even look elsewhere. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? The only thing I disliked recently there was some sort of glitch. "I love Reachdesk. It's perfect for streamlining the process of sending personalized gifts."

What do you like best about Reachdesk? How easy it is to use, and the system's integrations with my other outbound software. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Sometimes the tracking can get wonky (doesn't update properly, not shown at all, etc.) What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Spending too much time on personalized gifts to prospects. The benefit is that I can do that at scale and save time while doing so.

It may be admin privileges, but I would like to be able to pick and choose my own gifts based on the budget given to me every month. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? "Reachdesk took the pain out of direct mail"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Ease of use--I've used a handful of direct mail platforms and many lack real-time tracking, are overly complex, and in the end do not function in the ways I need a direct mail platform to meet my needs. At any point in time I and my BDRs can look at sends and redemptions and get a snap shot as to what is going on, and we can launch campaigns quicker than I have ever been able to with other platforms.
