What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk is amazing because of all of the different types of gifting options (egfits, physical gifts, swag, etc). They have amazing customer service, and are quick to respond to any issues and are willing to help customize their platform for specific needs. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Wide selection of offerings, and plenty of integrations to make sure we're accounting for the impact of gifts sent easily. Just that we could not add a cc on email Recommendations to others considering Reachdesk: I think the selection of gift cards, and marketplace gifts supported all of my locations and accept Brazil. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reach desk has a wide variety of gifts with an easy-to-use platform as well as APIs to hook into your CRM for faster sends. The ability to set up teams and budgets for teams and team members makes for easy accounting. What do you like best about Reachdesk? The account management of the product is great What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Perhaps worried about the lead time that it takes for a hamper to go out, but we can get around that. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to identify the location of our clients and decision makers, and send them bespoke gifts that drives real leads.
