"Excellent tool and options. Fantastic Customer Success team and support."

What do you like best about Reachdesk? The range of options and flexibility in the packages for us was fantastic. We have so many options to engage our prospects in the UK and US. The customer success team and onboarding support has been first class. From sale to onboarding the same people are involved, we haven't been passed about teams and theres been a real commitment from Reachdesk to our brand throughout. Very impressed. What do you like best about Reachdesk? Functionality. Very easy to use and track. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? There should be an Amazon extension that allows users to go directly to Amazon and send from there. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Gifting is such a valuable part of an outbound motion. I utilize to warm up a prospect and also sending eGifts to prospects that have already demos set up as reminders. This is a big help.

What do you like best about Reachdesk? What I like the most is coming up with creative ways to use Reachdesk at different touchpoints in the customer lifecycle. I like how easy it is to set up campaigns and I love the wealth of choice I have (in the UK) . I'm a big fan of the reporting capabilities as well. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? It is a little tricky to see the gift options/items (on my 13" screen). I can only ever see 3 at a time and only 3/4 of the cards. It would be great ...

"Reachdesk changes the Direct Mail game"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk enables my BDRs to send direct mail on their own (with a little setup on our side). If a gift card is not redeemed, we get that money back so that is also a huge plus for us! What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Honestly there is nothing that I dislike. If there is a gift that we want, but do not see it in the marketplace we can ship some to the warehouse instead and that is a huge help! What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that ...
