Easy to learn tool that meets our business needs.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I am truly glad that I stumbled upon Razor Sync because it makes life easier for everyone at the office. The primary function of this tool is to basically take our workflow to the next level. We don't have to spend too much time creating manual invoices, tracking attendance, and computing for payroll every two weeks. Comprehensive and User Friendly Software
What do you like best? I love that it covers everything from start to finish. You enter the customer, create the WO, Let the customer know digitally when on the way, invoice and estimate - everything, all in one place! You can pull a variety of reports and it will communicate with other software that you already use. We also love the scheduling feature and setup. Nothing "friendly" about this software!!
What do you like best? The only redeeming side to this software is it works in conjunction with Quickbooks for payroll and billing. (At least at first Customer service was always readily available even if they had no clue what was needed to solve an issue. What do you dislike? I learned very quickly that Quickbooks was not as integrated as I was led to believe. I had to do a lot of manual entries which was time consuming. Not user friendly
What do you like best? It offers integrations with QuickBooks for payroll and billing. Maybe it wasn't set up well at my place of work. I did like that customer service was prompt and that they did have courses available for training purposes. What do you dislike? Again, maybe it wasn't properly set up on my place of work, and I was never able to use it to its full capacity. We have used Razorsync for a year. Dispatch works. I would not recommend to HVAC contractors
