This product is very powerful if used the right way.
What do you like best? I think the approach of using repositories for identifying specific elements of the application under test is very useful. Additionally I would say that being able to write my own program code is vital to the success of testing automatically. What do you dislike? The proposals for the RxPath are often not the right ones. Working with Ranorex is easy!
What do you like best? I like the fact that you do not have to have programming skills to work with this program. What do you dislike? It's a complete automation program, there is nothing to dislike. Excellent automation toolkit that allows you to seamlessly automate across multiple platforms
What do you like best? Ability to automate across multiple platforms (web, desktop, mobile in the same test case without the need for any special modules. The IDE is very easy to use and the support from both Ranorex and the community is excellent. Built in support for SVN and Git is great too. What do you dislike? Sometimes difficult to connect the mobile devices to Ranorex consistently. Hard to think of any big Cons with this product right now and I've been using it for almost 1 year. ...

Great tool for testing legacy UI components
What do you like best? No other tool could recognize the types of older, proprietary WinForms controls that we were using in our application, and most others had problems with WPF embedded in WinForms. Ranorex can do it all. If you've ever worked with any UI automation software, you know that there are just some elements that are difficult or near impossible for the automation software to recognize... but with Ranorex, that was never the case. What do you like best? Ranorex is easy to use for Test Automation Engineers of all stages. I began using Ranorex when I first learned test automation and found the interface easy to learn.
