What do you like best? The ability to "spin up" QA resources on demand is amazing. This has allowed us to keep a high quality product without spending a ton to build up an on site QA team What do you dislike? What do you like best? Interface was approachable and easy to understand - although I avoided it as much as I could because it wasn't actually useful. What do you dislike? Manual regression testing is a boondoggle and a waste of time. Remote testers don't have the domain knowledge to provide useful feedback or do effective exploratory testing. What do you like best? Rainforest is easy to use, and very easy to get up and running. You can go from nothing to running tests in a matter of minutes. The options available for test writing, including support for images, .gifs, and variables, makes it easy to write dynamic tests that are easy to understand. Using Rainforest to expand my 1 person QA Team

What do you like best? Coverage vs. Time Spent is incredible. After setting up my regression tests, a suite that would require a single test roughly 16 hours to complete, Rainforest can execute my tests within 100 minutes.
