Very bad experience - avoid if you are a new business

If I could give a sub-0 review of the RAIN POS system I would. My dream was to set up an online fabric store and I met the RAIN team at their booth at the Huston Quilt Show. The initial people I met with were very thoughtful and helpful, so when offered the chance to use their platform at a "Black Friday" discount I took it.
