What do you like best about Ragic? Super easy to use especially if you're familiar with Excel and Javascript. Powerful application that can handle both efficiency and complexity. The support team is reachable and super fast to respond. Downtimes are being handled quickly, urgency and impact are their best practice. What do you dislike about Ragic? What do you like best about Ragic? I love the simplicity and ease of use. The Ragic team have a support system which is responsive and knowledgeable. What do you dislike about Ragic? Very few problems from my perspective. Its has got better with each itteration. What problems is Ragic solving and how is that benefiting you? Ragic has help us visualise our data better. What do you like best about Ragic? All in all, made our work much more difficult. Have nothing positive to say. What do you dislike about Ragic? From forms glitching and duplicating to deleting entries on its own and just generally not working properly, Ragic was a pain to use. Maybe a bit outside of what it was intended for, but as a database it really was not a great product. Too many problems and very little help from the back end.
