"As a Content Manager, I take Qvidian where ever I go."

What do you like best about Qvidian? Qvidian provides several robust options for content management. I like that I am not tied to one method, but can chose the option that works best for me to accomplish my work in a timely manner. I can easily work with Subject Matter Experts and provide them with information in the format that works best for them.

What do you like best about Qvidian? The Qvidian content library is what we use the most. Our proposal contributors no longer have to remember which previous proposal they wrote certain content and where to find it. It is "all" in one place, searchable, editable, formatted and now accessible from MS Word or a browser. Having expiry dates on certain records helps us maintain that content accurate.

What do you like best about Qvidian? Ease of use and ability to ensure content is reviewed and confirmed up to date. Allows SMEs to review multiple records at once and ensures RFP writers can be confident they are using the correct information. We particularly like the templates that can be used for DDQs where the same questions are asked every year so the answers can be linked to the question and the updated responses pulled into the template. "Qvidian Review - focused on the library"

What do you like best about Qvidian? Easy-to-use interface. With intentional effort on my part to populate (and update) content, the library function has been increasingly useful in quickly drafting client responses.

What do you like best about Qvidian? A like the fact that the tool is using Microsoft word, which is a tool that I'm familiar with. Its very pleasant to change a document without opening every files.

What do you like best about Qvidian? Qvidian is a comprehensive, easy-to-use tool that provides RFP-specific content management and proposal generation capabilities. The HPE Aruba Networking RFP team uses Qvidian to store and access boilerplate and requirement responses to help efficiently generate consistent, formatted proposals. What do you like best about Qvidian? Qvidian is a centralized source of content repository that can be utilized to efficiently manage the completion of RFPs and DDQs and house updated language. It is user friendly and can be accessed by other subject matter experts to collaborate the review and editing process while maintaining an audit trail of the last update. The automation functionality is great and works alongside word/excel/browser.

What do you like best about Qvidian? Qvidian contains all the elements required for generating sales proposals, answering RFx documents, , keeping content up to date, managing PowerPoint slide decks, and so much more. I have been in demos with many of the other competitors and functionality wise Qvidian is a top notch solution.

What do you like best about Qvidian? Qvidian is an intuitive tool that has helped us move, as a proposal team, from totally disorganized and looking through past bids for the simplest information, to completely organized and curated.

What do you like best about Qvidian? I like the document templates which mean that over half the work is already done before I start. The doc templates are reasonably easy to set up initially, then you don't have to worry about them again. I've also gotten good response back from Qvidian whenever I've had a question.
