What do you like best about Qvidian? I use Qvidian everyday since I am a Qvidian admin in my organisation. I really enjoy the ease of doing assignments and the possibility to send direct messages to my colleagues.

What do you like best about Qvidian? Library and creating document templates. Automating simple stuff like layouts and formatting is quite helpful. The old Library style was also quite useful when searching information.

What do you like best about Qvidian? I think the customization absilities within the library are very useful. Beyond standard upload and tagging, creating metadata is very crucial for our ability to really get to not only the core of what each record *is*, but providing background information and a breadcrumb trail to trace back where and who it came from, if/when needed.

Qvidian makes it possible to find a text very quickly among a multitude of others, to make modifications to several texts (e.g. change of company name) very quickly, to work in collaboration with members of my team (e.g. send each other ID texts) to have better traceability of the use (or not) of certain text
