What do you like best? It is very easy to use and helps departments communicate What do you dislike? Nothing, quore is an amazing product, and I would highly recommend it to hotels. Great software, but needs to keep innovating.
What do you like best? The User Interface is great for us all types of users. The communication log system, and the maintenance and preventative maintenance systems are top of my list of the things that are most useful for effective property management. What do you dislike? I believe a company is only as good as the support it provides. From training to new user implementation, Quore was awesome at first, but have not kept up with the demand of being a growing company. What do you like best? I like that it has alerts, immediate alerts to the application. What do you dislike? Sometimes it alerts you too much on things that you know are already happening. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try to make Quore more user friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Housework, To do lists, and things that I need to get to the guests. The benefits are the reminders.
