Details don’t get missed with Quore

What do you like best? All work/tasks are logged and saved. Communication with all staff is shared and verified through Quore. What do you dislike? App at times freezes or takes a long time to load. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Any guest issues or hotel issues are being solved with Quore.

What do you like best? I like the fact that you can communicate with so many co-workers at once about guests needs. What do you dislike? So far there is nothing that I dislike about Quore What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A big help to hotel

What do you like best? I’m able to in put maintenance request and leave messages for staff. Checking rooms is a breeze. What do you dislike? I had a hard time getting getting an email. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has a complete checklist for room quality. Being able to just tap a box instead of writing everything down save a lot of time.

Followup Matters

What do you like best? As a hotelier I like that right at the Dashboard it is easy to see any needs that have been taken care of and the guest that need help. All managers are aware and take immediate action. I can see when an issue is resolved and how the customer responded. What do you dislike? As the manager we get automatic responses to what is happening with guests and when they post a log I will get more than one response to the same issue when it was already taken care of. ...

Amazing Software

What do you like best? Quore is really great software for those who work in the hospitality industry. It allows for people from multiple departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Desk, etc.) to collaborate and write notes for issues that need to be passed onto other departments. It also allows us one place to log key issuance, guest complaints, work orders for engineering, and even cash flow to help reconcile end of day cash numbers. Very highly recommended! It does everything!

What do you like best? You can used it to communicate with other shifts, so if there is a maintenance problem or housekeeping problem the other shift can see it best part is so can your manager. So if you forget to tell him/her bam , it’s right there! Also , we use it to count our draw/safe , no more calculator. Just type in the number and your drop and it does it for you! What do you like best? It is a cloud-based software that helps make the lives of hotel staff and management easier this has led to the team working smarter and the guests stay happier. What do you like best? Overall, Quore is a decent platform, but it honestly has a lot of room to grow. One thing that stands out is the customer service is great when issues arise.
