"Quinyx - The best and the worst"

What do you like best about Quinyx? Quinyx is a great platform to help schedule the workforce in a manageable way - I like the system itself What do you dislike about Quinyx? The downsides to this system is that I dont think it is suitable for a healthcare setting What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you? I have been using this system for a few month and I believe in the long run this system MAY work well here - it just needs time

"Could be very useful but needs to be more flexible for customising for different needs"

What do you like best about Quinyx? colorful,possibility of adding different pay What do you dislike about Quinyx? cannot add/copy shifts and higher position for given periods ( like with adding holidays/time off work) What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you? it is possible to roll shifts in long perods of time

What do you like best about Quinyx? Easy to see what shifts and to book holiday What do you dislike about Quinyx? Only downside I can think of is that when you search for the log in on google it isnt clear which link is to log in What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you? Seeing who is working where in the week and totallig up amount of expected hours to help me set targets in their work. What do you like best about Quinyx? I know the hours I work every week, and Quinyx can compute annual leave taken and annual leave remaining What do you dislike about Quinyx? When doing the rota for months for 28 days, 30 days and 31 days. Quinyx shows fewer hours worked for shorter months What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you? Quinyx has allowed remote access to work schedules and changes when staff are off duty

"Useful tool needs developing/updating to make it more effective"

What do you like best about Quinyx? Gives you an online rota that is accessible where ever you are What do you dislike about Quinyx? - Not effective compare to other system in the market - Poor filter system. The sytem needed to filer employees based on their ward/work location rather than the user to have to create numerous filters. - The user (I am not sure if it is an agreement/contract with my company) has got no direct access to Quinyx support therefore we are having to depend on ...

"need improvement on some but generally great tool"

What do you like best about Quinyx? easy to use clear to see hours, total hours What do you dislike about Quinyx? many falls, doesn't show holiday count, when changing, have to do it individually What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you? keep track of schedualling and punches.

What do you like best about Quinyx? many reports available in one click but so far they are not functioning fully What do you dislike about Quinyx? AI did not learn anything so far, reporting issues important to improve What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you? way too many issues. Maybe in the near future we can start seeing the benefits but not yet

"Quite unusual but effective way to show work shifts"

What do you like best about Quinyx? Its widget on phone that can show me my closest work shifts, also the thing that you can see my collegues shifts What do you dislike about Quinyx? What do you like best about Quinyx? The function of base rotas allow for longer term simplicity. What do you dislike about Quinyx? Lack of abaility to copy and paste large numbers of shifts at once in the standard schedule mode.
