The CMS is among the best I've worked on. Got used to it with minimal guidance.
What do you like best? Very user friendly. Had very little difficulty. What do you dislike? Need an option to add a new card in between two cards, rather than at the end of the last on. Sometimes mobile view isn't up to the mark. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Can write on the CMS directly. Easier to make changes, add graphics and embeds.

What do you like best? It is easy to understand the various aspects such as meta tag and anyone, reporter or cameraperson, can use the CMS with such ease. Really helps to preview the final layout. Saving and conversion to otehr fomats like video and photo stories is so easy. What do you dislike? intuitive and convenient
What do you like best? I like the speed of the platform best, as well as new features like Copyeditor credits and an enhanced Image library. What do you dislike? The only downside I've faced is the occasional glitch. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Increased efficiency and speed.
