Pay a monthly subscription
Pay a monthly subscription. Last time I used it was the 15th March. Checked ONE 10page paper for plagiarism. Logged in today to check another paper and I have no pages available until July!!!! Is this a joke? What am I paying £16 a month for? Trying to cancel is a nightmare also. Had to go through my bank to block payments as they continue to take payments even after communication of cancellation.

Scammers!!! Say they have a 3 days money back guarantee but don't include the statement in their terms. Will never respond to your email if it mentions money in it.

I spent $49
I spent $49, hoping it would enhance my job performance, but I'm extremely let down. Whenever I attempt to paraphrase, the meaning feels off, so I'll compare it with ChatGPT 3.5, which is free. The difference is incomparable; ChatGPT 3.5 is vastly superior to QuillBot.

VERY glitchy on iOS 13.6.6 (22G630)
VERY glitchy on iOS 13.6.6 (22G630), and it crashes frequently. Aside from that, it makes odd recommendations that don't make sense. If I type out a department name, a position name, or sometimes people's names, it relentlessly suggests that I change those to all lower case, which is inaccurate. Unfortunately, their support team advised that this is a personal preference, but they don't offer a way to train the bot, so I was stuck with it. Honestly, I'm probably uninstalling it soon.
