Bad customer service and mostly inaccurate tool

The positives: I find some use for it as a paraphraser (it gets me started anyway). And it does ok catching dumb proofreading mistakes. The negatives: It gets a lot of things wrong, and it's suggested rewrites in the Grammar Checker mode are often terrible. But the worst part is, it's almost uncustomizable. Requested refund but was treatened that the account will be terminated without compensation. Used Quilbot for Plagiarism check but it's engine is less capable, so when it is checked by turnitin, it showed different result that is less than Turnitin. I requested refund but refused. Customer better look other application.

Not so amazing AI-content detector

I have only used their AI content detector feature. I thought it was an amazing tool. It detected most of the AI-generated content. But then it started pissing me off when it claimed human-generated content to be AI-written.

Scam company!

Scam company! My fellow student and I bought QuillBot to write our master thesis. However, QuillBot didn't work on her computer - she tried everything, uninstalling, restarting, another browser, Microsoft Word... We decided to use their 3-day money-back guarantee and wrote to them using their contact formula on the homepage. Not great

Not great. Used it a couple of times, wasn’t that great. Forgot all about it until they renewed my subscription without warning a year later.

Dont get it

Dont get it! especially for translator. It is for small kids only. When you want to translate the job you have done it blocks you ans says suspicious interaction wait ten min. I bought deepls instead to be able to do it. Also quilbott does not offer click and translate application. Has no costumer service replys you back or have any kind of intereaction. It creates good rewriters but it is not what I wanted from it. Yearly purchased and regreting it at the moment.
