Being able to track income and expenses…
Being able to track income and expenses and produce easy to read reports makes filing taxes VERY easy. The ONLY thing I cannot get Quicken to do is print out WINNING lottery numbers. PLEASE work on that!! (Smile)

I am a long-time user of Quicken
I am a long-time user of Quicken. It is invaluable in managing one finances. I use it to manage all of my bank accounts and investment accounts. Using update I value my portfolio daily. Although I pay most of my bills on-line I use it to print any checks I issue. I use the report writer to provide information for tax preparation.

I cannot remember any recent need to…
I cannot remember any recent need to contact Quicken. I just wish I did not have to renew membership yearly. When I began using Quicken I purchased the product and used it for several years without spending any more. I do not attach Quicken to my bank and only use it to maintain my bank accounts, keeping up with bills due dates and reconciling manually.

A very helpful program
I've been using Quicken Deluxe since version 1. I categorize everything and print out a report at the end of the year. My tax preparer loves it. It gives me a lot of control over my expenses and where the money is coming from and going to. The company is right on top of any changes that are needed and the program looks for these when it boots up. Keep up the good work!
