Lots of room for improvement
Lots of room for improvement, I use over YNAB because simplifi is cheaper, but it would be nice to have native android and ios apps instead of janky web apps, It would also be nice if simplifi worked with my petal credit card (petalcard.com), and if i could use my investments toward savings goals. Received a Quicken 2019 Premier…
Received a Quicken 2019 Premier 14-month activation CD as a gift. This was an Amazon special (14 months for the price of 12). On the back of the unopened CD box it clearly states the code in the package expires 12/31/2020. I tried to activate it on 12/28/2020 and Quicken says that it expired. Phoned Quicken and they said that it doesn't matter what the box says, they expire the code if not activated within a certain time frame. Quicken for Mac - some improvements but still frustrating
What do you like best? Quicken for Mac provides lots of great reports, a good user interface and ease of use. For personal finances and small business book keeping it works great and I find no need to use Quickbooks. I can create the reports and files and send them directly to my accountant for tax preparation. What do you dislike? Quicken is quick and easy
What do you like best? User friendly, accurate and have all your finances in one place What do you dislike? Its a little pricey to have but it makes life easier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to put all my expensing and bills in one spot and easy to locate something fast and simple

A long time user of Quicken
What do you like best? I like the ease of downloading transactions from financial institutions. It makes budgeting and accounting easy. My categories are automatically loaded. It allows you to store your asset information so that you can monitor your stocks and mutual funds. Great software for managing finances
What do you like best? This software is easy to use, like keeping a checkbook register up-to-date. What I like the best, however, is the reporting tools to be able to see my spending overall or just in what particular category. This especially makes preparing my tax returns easier/more accurate.
