I had postponed linking my checking…
I had postponed linking my checking account to Quiken as our banking instution had been purchaed and we were transition to another credit union. I was amazed how very simple and quickly i was able to complete this.

I have used this product since it came out.
I have used this product since it was on 5 1/4 floppy disks, if you are old enough to remember them. In all the years, the service was non-existent as far as I am concerned. My frustrations on the product are still there. convenient features become frustrating, such as auto filling in a line item and it fills in items from years ago.I use it to conveniently monitor my checking and credit card accounts and to pay some bills. Printing checks is easy and I use that function.

an unpleasant surprise.
I woke up to find that Quicken had changed to a format that was unusable to me.There was no way to enter a new transaction, or to see most or my old ones.After a few days of stewing about the problem I phoned Quicken's customer care and a kind rep showed me how to restore my records. I had not intended to update Quicken- the older version was quite satisfactory- but for it to take place without notice or explanation of the changes, or guidance about how to use the new interface, was deplorable.

I have used Quicken since March 1994
I have used Quicken since March 1994 - 27 years. A lot has changed since the 1994. The new reports listing is very easy to use. One step updates make it easy to maintain my accounts. I am a believer in Quicken and looks like I will be using it for life!
